TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2024 By Caroline Wangu Mwenje, of P.O. Box 415, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwenje Munyiri Migwi, who died at Furaha, on 2nd April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2024 By Joseph Ndegwa Gatua, of P.O. Box 1447–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Wairimu Gitemi, who died on 1st December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
