TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2024 By (1) Maria Gumato Kochale and (2) Raeli Nina Kochalle, both of P.O. Box 11–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Lepesta Enayapa alias Stephen Lepesta Lenayapa, who died on 9th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2024 By (1) Daniel Maina Wanjohi and (2) Telvin Maina Kimani, both of P.O. Box 50798–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Ngima, who died on 25th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
