TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E273 OF 2024 By (1) Nathaniel Ngetha Ndung’u and (2) Paul Maina Ndung’u, both of P.O. Box 495, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ndung’u Paul Wamukurue alias Samwel Ndung’u Paul Wamukurue alias Paul Maina Ndung’u, who died at Joykim Nursing Home, on 22nd June, 2024. CAUSE NO E274 OF 2024 By (1) Nathaniel Ngetha Ndung’u and (2) Paul Maina Ndung’u, both of P.O. Box 495, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydia Wandia Ngetha, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
