TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2024 By (1) David Mugendi Eustace and (2) Gitari Julius Nkiria, both of P.O. Box 80–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githia Muthara alias Nkiria Muthara, who died at Kirege Sub-location, on 24th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2024 By (1) John Gitonga Kanampiu and (2) Inyasio Miriti Kanampiu, both of P.O. Box 62, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabastian Kanampiu Kiriinya alias Kanampiu Kiriinya, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 26th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
