TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E303 OF 2024 By (1) Damaris Mutete Kiamba and (2) David Mwendwa Kiamba, both of P.O. Box 4438–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mutua Kiamba alias Thomas Mutua, who died on 27th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E304 OF 2024 By John Kisaingu Munyao, of P.O. Box 92, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthio Munyao alias Mrs. Muthio Munyao, who died at Kaitha, Mwala, on 10th July, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
