Box 1130, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew and niece, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Mbithi Novi alias Novi Benedict Mbithi alias Benedict M. Box 875–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ndolo Musau, who died at Mwanyani, on 16th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2024 By Peter Mutinda Nzomo, of P.O. Box 1–90113, Muthetheni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzomo Nyenze, who died at Kyethivo Sub- location, on 3rd June, 2004. CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2024 By Thomas Mutua Ndivo, of P.O. Box 320–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndibo Ngonyo alias Ndibo Ngonyo Pius, who died at Kaathi, on 26th January, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
