TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E288 OF 2024 By (1) Annastacia Syokau Musembi and (2) Denis Mumo Musembi, both of P.O. Box 16544, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacques Musembi Umbe, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Mukii Mackenzi and (2) Paul Mackenzi, both of P.O. Box 242–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mackenzie Misi alias Mackenzie Misi Wilson, who died at Mung’ala, on 20th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E377 OF 2024 By Julius Muthoka Ndolo, of P.O. Box 1, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wambui Muthoka, who died at Kyanda, Machakos, on 4th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
