TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2024 By (1) David Nthunzu Mbaluka, of P.O. Box 54, Donyo Sabuk in Kenya and (2) Andrew Metie Mbaluka, of P.O. Box 187, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Job Mbaluka Mulinge alias Mbaluka Mulinge, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd December, 1980. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2024 By (1) David Nthunzu Mbaluka, of P.O. Box 54, Donyo Sabuk in Kenya and (2) Andrew Metie Mbaluka, of P.O. Box 187, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marion Mbaluka Muthee alias Muthee Mbaluka, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 26th May, 2008. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2024 By Monica John Koka, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Mamuu Munyao alias Joel Mamu Munyao, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
