Box 252–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mbengei Mutwa, who died at Makusya, on 12th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. Box 1150–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maluki Musili, who died at Itoleka, on 15th February, 2007. CAUSE NO. E304 OF 2024 By Kyalo Munyaka, of P.O. Box 1150–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyaka Maingi, who died at Kauma, on 28th January, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
