Box 373–90130, Nunguni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mathukilu Kivungi, who died on 18th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2024 By (1) Antony Mutua Muthama and (2) Stephen Mwendwa Kamene, both of P.O. Box 56092–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiita Muthama Muthembwa, who died on 16th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2024 By (1) Antony Mutua Muthama and (2) Stephen Mwendwa Kamene, both of P.O. Box 56092–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Muthama Muthembwa, who died on 10th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
