TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By Agnes Anyango, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Odeyo Kammatakwa, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 2014. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2024 By Francis Kariuki Mungai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gidion Mungai Ng’ang’a, who died at District Hospital, Loitokitok in Kenya, on 3rd March, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
