TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By (1) Jacinta Wairimu Saiga and (2) John Ologolimot Yenko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martine Yenko, who died at Enabelbel, on 28th November, 1993. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2024 By Leah Wairimu Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwaura Ngugi, who died at District Hospital, Narok in Kenya, on 1st February, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
