E110 OF 2024 By Stephen Wekesa Wepukhulu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omeli Wepukhulu, who died at Namunyiri, on 20th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By Rose Nasimiyu Khaemba, of P.O. Box 86–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Freeman Kipsang Chesire, who died on 8th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
