TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 186 OF 2023 By (1) Victoria Wanjiro Muigai, (2) Damaris Wanjiru, (3) George Wachira and (4) Jane Muthoni Njuguna, all of P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Muigai Wachira, who died on 2nd August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024 By (1) Kennedy Wamalwa Karandini and (2) Samuel Baraka Wamalwa, both of P.O. Box 2398, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Nafula Khisa, who died at Nabiswa, on 30th July, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
