CAUSE NO. E466 OF 2024 By John Oduor Tado, c/o P.O. Box 220–40603, Ng’iya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Tado alias Nashon Tado Abayo, who died on 3rd January, 1979. CAUSE NO. E467 OF 2024 By Nelly Adhiambo Amara, c/o P.O. Box 220–40603, Ng’iya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ologo Omonge alias Patrice Ologo Omonge, who died on 10th July, 1982. CAUSE NO. E476 OF 2024 By (1) Paulson Odhiambo Sijenyi and (2) Andhongo Queenter Akoth, of P.O. Box 333, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peres Akech John alias Perez Akech Sijenyi, who died at Lundha Sub-location, on 9th May, 2018.
