TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E283 OF 2024 By Hendeika Akoth Opuk, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Ondifu Opuk alias Arther Ondifu, who died at Nyamonye, on 21st August, 1995. CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2024 By Dennis Otieno Oseyo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Godwin Oseyo, who died on 18th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E295 OF 2024 By Hilda Adoyo Odemba, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Odemba Okech, who died at Uyawi, on 24th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
