TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E434 OF 2024 By Julius Onani Oyugi, of P.O. Box 83–40405, Sare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Oyugi Atego alias Oyugi Atego, who died at Nyachebe, on 28th January, 1995. CAUSE NO E459 OF 2024 By Godfrey Munubi Kalwale, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jethro Kalware Yohana Amisi alias Jethro Kalwale Yohana Amisi, who died at Bware, on 11th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
