Box 1090, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Nyakundi Ondicho, who died at Nairobi, on 22nd February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2024 By Laborn Osinde Moindi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Kerubo Osinde, who died at Bosongo Hospital in Kenya, on 7th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E302 OF 2024 By Nicholas Onyonka Sese, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machini Gichana, who died at Bomeroga, Bogeka, on 29th March, 1988. CAUSE NO. E321 OF 2024 By Mary Kemunto Nyakundi, of P.O. Box 1144–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nyakundi Nyachwaya, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
