Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Manwa Angwenyi, who died on 11th February, 2019. CAUSE NO. 434 OF 2023 By Lawrence Matara Omoke, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omae Oyagi, who died at Iranda Sub-location, on 5th October, 1993. CAUSE NO. E410 OF 2024 By Salome Kemunto Oyunge, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyunge Oyunge, who died at Nyamwari Sub-location, on 7th October, 1996. CAUSE NO. E413 OF 2024 By Angnes Moraa Ongeri, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongeri Okiga alias Ongeri Okeiga, who died at Keboye Sub-location, on 2nd April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
