TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2024 By (1) Kavumbi Charo Kazungu, (2) Westelly Charo Kazungu and (3) Stanley Chome Ngala, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kazungu Mwele, who died at Dabaso, on 18th November, 1996. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2024 By Jumwa Kalume Charo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mtawali Lefani Thoya, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
