TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Gathira Mwangi and (2) Evan Gatumbu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 252, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Similon Mwangi Gichure, who died at Nyakianga Sub-location, on 5th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2024 By Stephen Kamau Kariuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Kaniaru, who died at Watuha Sub- location, on 8th July, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
