TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2024 By Peter Njuguna Mweha, of P.O. Box 14–20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruvas Mweha Mweneta alias Mweha Mwenenja alias Rufas Mweha Mweneta, who died at Kapkoros Sub-location, on 10th April 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
