TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By (1) Gedion Koka Kiilu and (2) Paulina Kamene Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 1–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiilu Mwenga, who died at Kwakavisi, on 16th July, 1995. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2024 By (1) Samuel Nzivao Mwangangi and (2) Joseph Peter Ngumu, both of P.O. Box 30–90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwangangi Ndolo, who died at Mavindu, on 20th May, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
