TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2023 By Voliet Nachango Kharemwa, of P.O. Box 926, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Kharemwa Wanjala, who died at Marinda Sub-locattion, on 28th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2024 By (1) Simon Wekesa Tisa and (2) Ambrison Wafula Wasike ,the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tisa Fumundula, who died on 12th June, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
