TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By (1) Martin Otieno Odero and (2) Nathaniel Odhiambo Odero, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Athul Ochanda alias Athul Odero Ochanda, who died on 15th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By (1) Benter Gladys Asembo, (2) Pamela Adhiambo Asembo, (3) Alfred Onyango Orwa and (4) Maurice Otieno Orwa, the deceased’s spouses and brothers, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Migele alias John Asembo Orwa, who died on 30th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
