E1 OF 2024 By Churchill Kailiti Mutyanziu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mutyanziu Mungatu alias James Mutyanziu Mungati alias Mutyanziu Mung’atu, who died at Muthingiini, on 7th June, 2017. E41 OF 2024 By (1) Florence Kakuvi Mutili and (2) Charles Nduse, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Munyao Mutili, who died at Kaliluni, on 2nd October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By Bernard Wambua Muteti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Muteti Mutuku, who died at Ulilinzi Location, on 8th January, 2005. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024 By (1) Fredrick Susa Wambua and (2) George Susa Wambua, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Ndunge Nzioka alias Loise Ndunge Wambua, who died at Kikwasuni, Kalawa, on 1st November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By (1) Phillis Musyawa Wambua and (2) Nancy Ndinda Wambua, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Wambua Muinde, who died at Ndivuni, on 28th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
