TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2024 By Kavula Mwangangi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Matata Muthiani, who died at Muani Location, Makueni, on 25th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By (1) Muthini Zakayo Mutisya and (2) Caroline Mwelu Mwandiku, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Manyingi Mbesa alias Zakayo Mutisya Manyingi, who died at Kibwezi. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
