TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E257 OF 2023 By (1) Grace Wairimu Gachiengu, (2) Jane Njeri Ndungu and (3) Wanjiru Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 916–01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mwangi Gachiengo alias Samuel Mwangi Gachiengu alias Sapiuel Mwangi Gachiengo, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2019. CAUSE NO. E297 OF 2023 By Charles Muigua Wainaina, of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Wainaina Muigua, who died at Murang’a County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
