Box 669–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiarie Njuguna, who died on 4th May, 2008. CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2024 By Jane Nyambura Chege, of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Chege Muigua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. E319 OF 2024 By (1) Peris Wanjiru Njuguna and (2) Wambui Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 579-01020, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Njuguna Mikaya alias Philip Njuguna Eliah Karagu, who died at Kiunyu, on 16th November, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
