TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By (1) Isaac Kaguura Wahome and (2) Stanley Ngutha Waweru, both of P.O. Box 110–10204, Kiriaini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gathogo Kanyingi alias Ngutha Kanyingi, who died at Gatunguru Sub-location, on 14th May, 1995. 7th February, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
