Box 55, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kingori Kiiru alias Richard King’ori Kiiru alias Richard King’ori Kiiro, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2024 By Syrus Kariuki Michinji, of P.O. Box 50, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michinji Rubaa alias Michinji s/o Rubaa, who died at Gatugi, Thuti, Othaya, Nyeri, on 3rd September, 1975. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2024 By (1) George Murimi Kariuki, (2) Duncan Kiboi Kariuki and (3) Martin Wariuwa Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 288, Nyeri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. D. Mutahi & Associates, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Kiboi, who died at Kiriaini Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
