TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2024 By Jamleck M. Ndaru, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ndaru Njuki alias Ndaru Njuki, who died at Joykim Nursing Home, on 20th April, 2014. CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2024 By Maria Ngungi Njuki, of P.O. Box 14, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kariuki alias John Kariuki Njuki, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
