E238 OF 2024 By Justa Njura Njeru, of P.O. Box 9, Ishiara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Nthiga Njuguna, who died at Ishiara Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E273 OF 2024 By (1) Lydiah Waithira Gachuhi and (2) Jane Kabura Mugo, both of P.O. Box 214–10201, Kahuro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Gachuhi Ndirangu alias Juilus Gachuhi Ndirangu, who died at Mirichu, on 29th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E280 OF 2024 By Peterson Ngondi, of P.O. Box 1333–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuki Muthinji alias Njuki Mwandike, who died at Kiambeere, on 21st December, 1993.
