TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2024 By Geoffrey Mutuku Nzioka, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Mukii Nzioka, who died at Kangundo Level 4 Hospital in Kenya, on 26th May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024 By (1) Vincent Makau, (2) Thomas Mulei Mwanza and (3) Jane Francis Mutheu Mwanza, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Mwanza Kilili, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 11th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
