CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2024 By Alexander Mutua Wambua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Kiluu, who died at Katine, on 30th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Ndunge Kiliku and (2) Allan Musyoki Kiliku, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Mukonyo Kiliku, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2024 By Daniel Kabucho Kiriro, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wangui Kamaku, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
