Box 1, Ekalakala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasivu Muthama Kioko, who died at Kikule, Machakos, on 9th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. 147 OF 2024 By Oscar Musyoka Mutie, of P.O. Box 80–01031, Kindaruma in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahason Mutie Musyoni alias Nahashon Mutie Musyoni, who died at Masinga, on 25th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 166 OF 2024 By (1) Nzyoki Muli, (2) Mutuku Muli and (3) Muthuka Muli, all of P.O. Box 80–01031, Kindaruma in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguna Muli, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 21st September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2024 By (1) Sera Kanini David and (2) Petronila Mbithi, both of P.O. Box 1, Masinga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbithi Kitenye, who died at Kangonde, on 4th July, 2022.
