E185 OF 2024 By (1) Zakaria Shatsima Shiraho and (2) Peter Imbwaga Shiraho, both of P.O. Box 53, Banja in Kenya, the deceased’s sons for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Shiloho Lugoyesi who died on 4th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E235 OF 2024 By John Amoi Mapia, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Mapya Amoi who died at Ikumba Sub-location on 16th March, 2000. CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2024 By Ezina Mmboga Andiva, the deceased’s daughter for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Deda Lugova who died at Mukingi on 2nd June, 1984. CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2024 By Moris Kibe Jumba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Jumba Lahalwa alias Jumba Ilahalwa, who died at Bugina Sub-location, on 17th July, 1994. E242 OF 2024 By Hosea Siva Ambeza, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Ambeza Mavisi alias Festo Ambetsa who died at Ivoli on 23rd July, 1996.
