E67 OF 2024 By Henry Naphtali Okoti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Odongo Olukhanya alias Odongo Olukhanya, who died on 20th October, 1990. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2024 By Geoffrey Erick Chiseka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kiseka Wamuoma alias Paulo Chiseka Wamuoma, who died on 1st October, 2002. CAUSE NO. E232 OF 2024 By Raphael Murunga Nganyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Nganyi Afwamba alias Nganyi Afwamba, who died on 2nd August, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
