TAKE NOTICE that application shaving been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) John Ooko Odonde and (2) Jane Akoth Odonde, both of P.O. Box 391, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Odonde Okwany alias James Odonde Okwany, who died at Ambira Sub-location, on 8th April, 1988. 7th February, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2024 By Stephen Humphrey Oguda Oduor, of P.O. Box 57-40605, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Oduor Ombala, who died at Simenya, on 30th March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
