TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 7th February, 2025 CAUSE NO. E286 OF 2024 By (1) William Akoo Omindo and (2) Walter Odanga Omindo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Omindo Nyamboku alias Omondi Luyo, who died at Ojolla Sub-location, on 17th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2024 By Aflina Anyango Muche, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Muche Gauna alias Muche Gawna, who died at East Migwena, on 4th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
