TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 7th February, 2025 CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2024 By Michael Adoyo Okuku, of P.O. Box 421–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Adoyo Okuku, who died at Homa Bay District Hospital in Kenya, on 13th March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
