TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2024 By Adriano Kenary Omboto, of P.O. Box 331, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okari Ototo alias Okari Otto, who died at Bosinange Location, on 4th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By Nyangacha Okondo, of P.O. Box 10–40206, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okondo Otenyo, who died at Nyatwoni, on 6th October, 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
