THE COURT OF APPEAL CHRISTMAS RECESS, 2025 PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) (a) of the Constitution

PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) (a) of the Constitution of Kenya, section 26 (1) (c) of the Court of Appeal (Organization and Administration) Act, 2015 and Rule 20 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2022; notice is given as follows: The Court of Appeal 2025 Christmas Recess shall commence on Sunday, the 21st December, 2025 and terminate on Monday, the 12th January, 2026, both days inclusive. During the recess, the Registry of the Court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon. on all week days texcept public holidays.
