REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joachim Njuguna Nhugi alias Joakim Njuguna Njugi, (2) David Karanga Njugi, (3) James Njuguna Njugi, (4) Peter Ndungu Njugi and (5) Samuel Mbugua Njugi, as administrators to the estate of (1) Edward Njugi Njuguna and (2) Leonard Njuguna Njugi (deceased), (1) Stephen Njugi Njuguna and (2) Simon Chege Njuguna, as administrators to the estate of Njuguna Njugi (deceased), (1) Margaret Wangui NJuguna and (2) Perminas Mbugua Njuguna, as administartors to the esate of Francis Njuguna Njugi (deceased), (1) Stephen Njugi Njuguna and (2) Simon Chege Njuguna, as administrators to the estate of Njenga Njugi (deceased) and Gladys Wambui Ndungu, as administrator to the estate of James Ndungu Njugi (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/VIII/620, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. No. 51270/1, and whereas evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
