REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aquamarine Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 99975–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.2774 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/MS/Block I/1759, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said to title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
