REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fatuma Juma, of P.O. Box 1627–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.0561 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Miritini S.S./136, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
