REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amos Karanja Ndungu (ID/10609663), of P.O. Box 395, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, known as Loc.1/Kirwara/337 and 977, Loc.1/Mukarara/1526 and Loc.1/Kigio/1561, containing 0.1 hectare, 0.340 hectare, 1.38 hectares, 0.4047 hectare respectively, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
