REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ololua Estates LLP, of P.O. Box 20695–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, known as L.R. No. 5830/7 and 5954/2, situate in the north east of Ngong Township in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture, registered as Vol. N104, Folio 52, File 14146, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property registers shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection have been received within that period.
