THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Michael Mburu, (2) Joseph Mbugua Mburu and (3) Peter Kalenju (as trustees of Reconciliation End Time Centre, all of P.O. Box 142, Elburgon in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.9488 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Elburgon Township/562, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
