THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(Cap. 300)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Ishmael Nduki Wagiti (deceased), is registered as
proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.555 hectares of
thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as
Inoi/Kamondo/930, and whereas in the Kerugoya Law Court in
Succession Cause No. E351 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of
administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of
Morris Muriithi Nduki (ID/31100603), and whereas all efforts made to
recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for
cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date hereof and provided that no objection
has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of
the said administration letters to Morris Muriithi Nduki
(ID/31100603), and upon such registration the land title deed issued
earlier to the said Ishmael Nduki Wagiti (deceased), shall be deemed
to be cancelled and of no effect.
